I didn't receive my item(s)
If your item has not arrived, please contact me via email or filling out the 'contact' form on the site, please include your order number. NOTE: please allow extra time for international orders before contacting about a missing order.
My items arrived but are damaged
If your item arrives defective, please contact me either through the CONTACT form on this site or by directly emailing me at [email protected] including your ORDER and a picture of the purchase in your message. While I cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit, replacement items can be provided upon re-ordering through the store, with the cost of the item(s) discounted by 100%, requiring only payment for shipping.
Will you be restocking items?
Some items such as prints, stickers and keychains may be restocked. Plushies are limited edition for the time being and have the potential to be restocked later. As of now, I will not be restocking plushies until I have had the opportunity to create and sell other plushies/ characters.
Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

For preorders, you may cancel any time during pre-order period by sending an email to [email protected] or contacting me via CONTACT form however once preorders close and the items are put into production , no refunds will be accepted.
